Flourless Chocolate Protein Cookies

I may have just come up with one of the most amazing yet healthy cookies ever. These taste like brownies. They are soft & chewy, but if you bake them a little longer they can be crunchy if that is what you prefer.

Recipe makes 1 dozen cookies
1 cookie = 2 weight watchers smart points = 51 calories

Ingredients-
2 oz Green Mountain Farms Whipped Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt Blend (regular cream cheese will work, but will change the smart points)
1/4 cup truvia
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/4 cup Land O’ Lakes Light Butter melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop lean chocolate protein powder  (I used Six Star Pro Nutrition)

Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Or if you forget like I always do you can stick it in the microwave for about 10-20 seconds.
Using an electric mixer beat together cream cheese & truvia. Set aside.

In a separate bowl whisk together melted butter, lightly beaten eggs, & vanilla extract. Some lumps are ok.

Combine the egg mixture & cream cheese mixture & beat until smooth. Whisk in cocoa powder & protein powder.

Spoon into mounds on parchment paper lined baking sheets.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
