Pumpkin Pudding



Craving pumpkin pie but can’t stomach the amount of calories in 1 tiny piece? This is such a nice treat & it is so easy to make!

Recipe makes 8 servings
1 serving = 1/2 cup = 3 weight watchers points+
= 4 weight watchers smart points

Ingredients –
15 oz canned pumpkin
8 oz light cool whip thawed
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp sugar


Stir all ingredients together well in a large bowl.


Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
