Sage & Apple Turkey Burgers

I am not a huge fan of sage, but these were pretty good! I added way more salt then the original recipe called for & I still think it needed more.

Recipe makes 4 large burgers
1 burger (not including bun & condiments) = 6 weight watchers points+
= 5 weight watchers smart points

Ingredients –
1 lb 85% lean ground turkey
1/2 cup grated apple
1/2 cup grated zucchini
1/4 cup grated onion
1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients together & form into 4 hamburger patties.

Cook thoroughly. I chose to grill mine but I am sure you could also just fry them up in a pan.
