I made this to go on a salad, but it would be great in a wrap or even on it’s own! It is delicious!

Recipe makes 4 servings
1 serving = 5 weight watchers points+
= 4 weight watchers smart points
Ingredients –
1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp ground mustard
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Place your chicken breasts in a large ziploc bags. Pound as flat as you would like. I left a let mine stay a little thick.
Whisk together remaining ingredients.
Let chicken sit in this marinade in the fridge for at least 4 hours. I let mine sit for 8 hours.
Remove from the fridge 15 minutes before cooking. I grilled mine but you could just cook them in a pan or bake them too.

This looks so good. My son is on a high protein diet so I make chicken 3 times a week. I bake 8 chicken breast at a time and I’m always looking for easy recipes. Excited to make this recipe! Thank you!
