I am not good at rolling out dough & making it pretty. These may have been ugly but they were delicious!
I filled mine with a ground turkey mixture but you could fill it with ham & cheese, cheese & pepperoni, broccoli & cheese, or even breakfast sausage gravy!

Ingredients –
4 1/2 cups heart smart bisquik
1 1/3 cups skim milk
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 onion diced
1 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded 2% sharp cheddar
Generously spray a skillet with non stick cooking spray. Cook onion over medium heat.
After a few minutes add ground turkey & cook until no longer pink.
Once fully cooked add chili powder, garlic powder, salt, & pepper. Set aside.
In a large bowl stir together bisquik & milk.
Roll dough out onto a well floured surface.
Cut into 8 pieces.
Stir cheese into meat.
Put 1/8 of the meat mixture in the middle of each rectangle, fold over, & pinch sides together.
Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. As you can see some of them were pretty rough looking.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Enjoy!
