Ingredients –
6 wafer thin lean pork chops (about 1 lb)
1/3 cup trop50 orange juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp cornstarch
6 thick sliced fresh pineapple rings
In a small bowl whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, & ground ginger.
Place pork chops in a large zip lock bag. Pour marinade in the bag & place bag in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
When you are ready to prepare pork chops stir together cornstarch & 2 tsp cold water to make a slurry.
Remove pork chops from marinade & set aside. Pour marinade in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil & whisk in slurry. Continue stirring until it thickens. Remove from heat. You will use this to baste the pork chops once they are on the grill.
Place your pork chops & pineapple rings on the grill over medium low heat. Baste pork chops with the sauce you made from marinade.
It will only take a few minutes on each side to cook.
Serve with pineapple rings on top of pork chops.
Enjoy!
