Baked Jalapeño Poppers

Standard

These had such great flavor, but we are wimps & couldn’t handle how spicy they were! I was so bummed that after eating 4 I had to stop because my mouth was seriously on fire!
I suggest wearing gloves when you are cutting & removing the seeds from the jalapeños. I didn’t think I needed them with such a “mild” pepper but my hands burned for hours after making them.

Original recipe from http://www.kitchme.com
