This was so easy to make & delicious!
You can obviously make this lower in calories by using sugar free & fat free pudding mix & cool whip, but I am not a fan of some of the ingredients in those so I am trying to avoid them as much as possible.

Recipe makes 6 servings
1 serving = 4 weight watchers points+
= 8 weight watchers smart points
20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice undrained
3.4 oz pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 cup light cool whip thawed
Stir together crushed pineapple & pudding mix. Once that is thoroughly mixed stir in cool whip. Spoon into serving dishes. Cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
I served mine with a little fat free whipped cream & a cherry on top!
