I’ve never had beans like this before & they were really tasty! They had a bit of a caramelized flavor to them.

Recipe makes 3 servings
1 serving = 1 weight watchers points+
= 2 weight watchers smart points
1 lb fresh green beans
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Lemon Pepper to taste (you can use basically any seasoning you want on these)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (I used aged white balsamic vinegar )
Cut the ends of the green beans & cut them in half. Spray a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. Spread beans out on baking sheet. Sprinkle with oil, vinegar, & seasoning. Stir to coat with your hands.
Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes stirring halfway through.
