Asian Turkey Meatballs w/ Lime Sesame Dipping Sauce Over Zucchini Noodles



I was really surprised at how flavorful this dish was! We all loved it!

Recipe makes about 6 servings (24 meatballs)
1 serving = 7 weight watchers points+
= 6 weight watchers smart points

Meatball Ingredients –
1 1/2 lb 93% lean ground turkey
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup egg beaters or better’n eggs
1/4 cup chopped cilantro 
3 scallions thinly sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp salt

Dipping Sauce Ingredients –
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp water
1 tbsp thinly sliced scallions

Zucchini Noodles Ingredients –
3 medium zucchini
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil


In a large bowl combine all the meatball ingredients & mix by hand.


Roll out each meatball (2 tbsp each) & place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray.


Bake in a preheated 500 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.


While meatballs are baking stir together dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl & set aside.


Use a veggeti to cut your zucchini noodles. I used the thick side.


Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Saute zucchini noodles for 5-10 minutes depending on how soft you want them.


Place zucchini noodles in a large bowl. Top with meatballs. Drizzle with some of the dipping sauce & sprinkle with a few sesame seeds.
Serve with individual bowls of dipping sauce for the meatballs.
