These were a nice after-workout snack. Zesting & juicing key limes is a tedious & time consuming job but it is so worth it!

Recipe made 14 energy bites
1 energy bite = 3 weight watchers points+
= 5 weight watchers smart points
Ingredients –
Zest & juice of 6 key limes
1 1/4 cup shelled pistachios
10 pitted medjool dates
Place all ingredients in a food processor & blend until a dough forms. I left mine pretty chunky.
Roll into balls.
Enjoy!
