Yum… sweet, salty, crunchy, gooey, & delicious! My only complaint was that the canadian bacon was a bit salty for me, but I still really liked the combination of flavors!
The amount of weight watcher points in this can really vary depending on the brands of products used. I used sourdough bread for my families sandwiches but opted for rye for myself since it was half the amount of points.

Recipe makes 1 sandwich
1 sandwich = 8 weight watchers points+ if you use the same brands I used
= 12 weight watchers smart points
Ingredients –
2 slices bread (I used Arnold Jewish Seedless rye for mine)
1 tbsp butter (I used challenge spreadable light butter)
Sprinkle of oregano
1 1/2 thin slices of fresh pineapple
3 pieces of canadian bacon (I used land o frost thick cut)
1 1/2 slices monterey jack cheese
Lay bread slices out & spread 1/2 tbsp butter on each slice. Sprinkle with oregano.
Lay 1 slice butter side down in a skillet over medium heat. Top with canadian bacon.
Top with pineapple.
Top with cheese.
Top with another slice of bread butter side up.
Flip once the side down is golden.
Remove from pan once both sides are golden & the cheese is melted.
Enjoy!
