Banana Oatmeal Raisin Blender Muffins

These are really filling & tasty too! My blender had some trouble trying to mix it all up & I kept having to stop & stir it up so I will probably use my food processor next time I make them. You can sub chocolate chips for the raisins if you want to. I think cinnamon would be a nice addition to these also.

Recipe made 12 muffins
1 muffin = 4 weight watchers points+
= 5 weight watchers smart points

Ingredients –
2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
1/2 cup egg beaters or better’n eggs
1/3 cup honey
2 ripe bananas
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup raisins

First step is to find some little helpers that are fresh out of bed to help pour all of the ingredients in!

Mix all ingredients other than the raisins in a blender until very well blended. Stir in the raisins. Pour into a muffin pan that has been generously sprayed with non stick cooking spray.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
