I have never liked pork chops at all, but my husband loves them & was getting sick of all the chicken I was making. I switched it up with this recipe & we BOTH liked it! That’s right. I ate an entire pork chop & liked it! These were tender, juicy, & very flavorful!

Ingredients –
4 lean pork chops (mine were bone-in & weighed about 1 1/2 lbs raw)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
4 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp ginger minced
2 tsp sriracha
Salt & pepper to taste
Whisk together all ingredients other than the pork chops & olive oil . Marinate pork chops in prepared marinade for about 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook pork chops in oil for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Do not pour the marinade into the skillet. Transfer pork chops to a 13×9 pan & pour marinade over them.
Cook in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature is 170 degrees.
Enjoy!
