These are seriously amazing! I was a little worried that it would be too spicy for me, but it wasn’t at all! It had great flavor with a little kick!

Recipe makes 4 burgers
1 burger w/ slaw = 7 weight watchers points+
= 7 weight watchers smart points
Burger Ingredients –
1 lb lean ground turkey
2/3 cup shredded carrots
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 tbsp cilantro chopped
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 egg white
3 slices of bacon cooked & chopped
1 jalapeño seeded & diced
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Ranch Slaw Ingredients –
1 1/2 cups coleslaw mix
2 tbsp skim milk
2 tbsp nonfat greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp light mayo
1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix
1/4 tsp white vinegar
In a large bowl combine all burger ingredients & mix with your hands. Form into 4 patties.
Grill until fully cooked all the way through.
For the ranch slaw whisk together everything other than the coleslaw mix & then stir it into the coleslaw.
Serve burger with 1/4 of the slaw on top. You can use a bun, but I skipped it & didn’t miss it!
