Yum… It’s light, fresh, & tasty! It makes a great side dish! This was so easy to make that my 3 year helped me make it!

Recipe makes 4 servings
1 serving = 3 weight watchers points+
= 4 weight watchers smart points
15 oz can chickpeas drained & rinsed
1 pint cherry tomatoes halved (I quartered some too)
25 basil leaves chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp honey
Pinch of salt.
Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover & put in fridge for at least 20 minutes to let flavors mingle.
