These were really sticky which made them a bit difficult to make, but they firm up in the fridge. They are really tasty!

Recipe made about 24 bites
2 bites = 3 weight watchers points+
Ingredients –
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup quick cook steel cut oats
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 cup raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Dash of salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup PB2
1/4 cup water
In a large bowl stir together oats, ground flax, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, & salt.
Mix together pb2 & water in a separate bowl. Stir pb2 mixture, vanilla, & honey into dry ingredients.
Roll into 1″ balls. I had to rinse off my hands several times because they got so sticky.
Put in fridge & let harden a bit.
