The filling to these burritos seems so basic, but these were seriously so good! They are a bit high in weight watchers points+ but they are very filling. I may use flatbread next time instead of the tortilla to bring the points down.

Recipe makes 4 very large burritos
1 burrito = 12 weight watchers points+
4 burrito size tortillas (I used chi chi’s)
12 oz grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 avocado peeled, cored, & diced
1 cup shredded part skim mozzarella
2 tbsp cilantro chopped
1/4 cup non fat greek yogurt
1 tbsp challenge light spreadable butter w/ olive oil
Slice the chicken up into strips.
Stir together chicken, avocado, cheese, & cilantro.
Lay out 1 tortilla (if it’s cold go ahead & microwave it a bit) & spread 1 tbsp of yogurt in the middle. Top with 1/4 of the chicken mixture. Fold it up & repeat with the other 3 tortillas.
Melt butter in a pan & grill burritos. It should take about 5 minutes or so on each side.
