I love energy bites & so does the rest of the family! I eat them for breakfast or a snack. I wasn’t sure about the molasses in these but I really like the richness it adds.

Recipes makes about 20 bites
4 bites = 5 weight watchers points+
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup reduced sugar dried cranberries
8 medjool dates pitted
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup pecans
1 tsp orange extract
Place all ingredients in a food processor & pulse until fully mixed.
Roll into 1″ balls.
Be prepared for some sticky hands.
Refrigerate once done.
