I tend to burn everything I grill. Even burnt this chicken was still delicious!

Recipe makes 4 servings
1 serving = 9 weight watchers points+
( I didn’t count all the marinade because a lot of it went in the garbage)
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup whole grain mustard (I used Inglehoffer stone ground)
1/2 cup honey
Juice of half lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
I clove garlic minced
Whisk all ingredients other than the chicken together.
Reserve 1/4 cup marinade.
Using a fork pierce each chicken breast several times. Pour marinade over chicken.
I let mine marinate in the fridge for about 8 hours. Bring chicken to room temperature before grilling. This is 1 step I missed which is probably why mine burned.
Grill until internal temperature is 165 degrees. Try not to burn it like I did.
Pour 1 tbsp reserved marinade on each chicken breast.
