Layered Chicken Taco Salad

Standard

This was pretty good & easy to make, but there are several things I will do differently next time I make it. I will use more chicken, less corn, add black beans, & use a different dressing (maybe salsa & sour cream mixed together ).

Original recipe from http://www.shugarysweets.com

Recipe makes 6 servings (I just eye it)
1 serving = 9 weight watchers points+

Ingredients –
3 cups romaine lettuce chopped
3 cups fresh spinach
4 roma tomatoes diced
2 cans mexicorn drained (I used 1 can with red peppers & pablano peppers & 1 can with red & green peppers)
2 cups grilled chicken chopped
1 1/2 cups 2% shredded mexican cheese
2 green onions chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
3/4 cup salsa
3/4 cup California french dressing  (not creamy french)
11 tostitos baked scoops tortilla chips crushed up

You can layer this any way you want but this is the order I layered mine:
1 1/2 cups romaine, 1 1/2 cups spinach, 2 roma tomatoes diced, 1 can mexicorn drained, 1 cup chicken, 1 1/2 cups romaine, 1 1/2 cups spinach, 2 roma tomatoes diced, 1 can mexicorn, 1 cup chicken, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, dressing, green onions, cilantro, & crushed chips
