This was a nice little sweet treat. My parents both said they would be better without the raspberries, but I love berries so I disagree.

I only got 32 cookies out of them so they were 1.25 points each or 4 for 5 points.
Original recipe from http://www.amyshealthybaking.com
Ingredients –
1 cup quick oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut oil melted
1/4 cup egg beaters room temperature
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 oz fresh raspberries
In a large bowl whisk together oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, & salt.
In a medium bowl whisk together melted coconut oil, room temperature egg beaters, honey, & vanilla. (If the egg is cold it will cause the coconut oil to clump up)
Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients & then fold in raspberries.
Put dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes using a small cookie scoop place dough on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. They will still look doughy when you take them out. Let cool on baking sheet before removing with a spatula.
Enjoy!
