Blueberry Breakfast Quinoa



Sweet & filling! Just how I like my breakfast!

Recipe makes 2 servings
1 serving = 4 weight watchers points+

Ingredients –
1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
1 1/4 cup water
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp truvia brown sugar blend
2 tsp vanilla extract


Stir all ingredients together in a small saucepan over medium heat.


Once it comes to a boil reduce heat to low & simmer for 15-20 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
