Recipe makes 4 very large burritos
1 burrito = 10 weight watchers points+
Ingredients –
8 oz cooked & shredded chicken breast
1 pkg Green Giant Cheesy Rice & Broccoli (in the freezer section)
4 burrito size tortillas
1 cup 2% shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Microwave the cheesy rice & broccoli according to package directions.
Stir together cheesy rice & broccoli with the shredded chicken.
Lay out your tortilla. Put 1/4 cup cheese in center.
Put 1/4 of chicken & broccoli mixture on top of cheese.
Fold all sides & lay seam side down on a plate.
Continue with all 4 tortillas.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat & spray with non stick cooking spray. Place burritos seam side down. Flip once golden.
Remove from pan once both sides are golden.
Enjoy!
