I had no idea I could make such easy & amazing fries in the oven! I used Lawrys seasoning salt on them, but you really could put any twist on them & they would still be amazing!

Recipe makes 5 large servings
1 serving (I just eye 1/5 of recipe) = 5 weight watchers points+
2 1/2 pounds potatoes (I used russet)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning salt to taste
Cut your potatoes into thin strips.
Place cut potatoes in a large bowl. Sprinkle with 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp sugar. Fill bowl with enough cold water to cover potatoes. Let sit 15 minutes.
Drain water off potatoes. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes & use hands to stir making sure all potatoes are coated.
Pour potatoes onto a prepared baking sheet & sprinkle with seasoning salt.
Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 45 minutes stirring halfway through.
