Sweet Potato & Carrot Fries



These are really easy to make & are a perfect side dish to sandwiches or burgers!

Recipe makes 5 servings
1 serving = 2 weight watchers points+

Ingredients –
2 medium sweet potatoes
3 large carrots
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste


Slice the sweet potatoes & carrots into whatever size fries you want. I cut mine pretty thick. Leave the skins on for an extra crunch!
Drizzle olive oil over sweet potatoes & carrots. Sprinkle salt & pepper on them. Using your hands stir them up making sure they are all well coated.
Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for about 30 minutes stirring & flipping every 10 minutes.


They are great dipped in ketchup or on their own!
