Seriously, this is so delicious! Willa has been on a hunger strike for days and she actually ate a whole bowl of it! It’s creamy, sweet, & filling! We like our oatmeal really sweet so I added a lot of sweetener, but if you want to reduce the amount of points just leave some of it out. Some may think the blueberries make it sweet enough.

Recipe makes 3 servings
1 serving = 1 cup = 7 weight watchers points+
Ingredients –
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
3 cups vanilla soy milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1/4 cup truvia with brown sugar blend
Zest from 1 lemon
Mix the oats, milk, vanilla, & blueberries in a medium pot over low heat. Cook for about 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally until most of the milk is absorbed.
Stir in truvia & lemon zest.
