I have been having some major cravings lately & I am trying really hard to find ways to satisfy my cravings without going way overboard.
The original recipe didn’t call for egg beaters but they said they turned out a bit too gooey. I prefer my brownies more cake like so I added the egg beaters. These would be vegan though without the egg beaters.

Recipe makes 24 brownies
1 brownie = 3 weight watchers points+
Pillsbury dark chocolate brownie mix
15 oz can pumpkin
2 tbsp egg beaters
Mix ingredients together & pour into a greased 13×9 pan. Try not to over stir.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until tooth pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
