Baked Cinnamon Apple Chips

Not only did these make my home smell amazing, but they were such a good afternoon snack! They are crunchy & sweet!
As long as you use a natural sugar substitute these are 0 weight watcher points+!

Ingredients:
Apples
Truvia/ stevia or any other natural sugar substitute
Cinnamon

I sliced 2 apples very thin on my mandolin slicer. The thinner the slice the crunchier the chip.
Don’t worry about the core. Just make sure there are no seeds.
Lay them out in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Sprinkle with sugar substitute and cinnamon.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 1 hour. Flip the apple slices. Bake for 1 more hour.

After 2 hours of baking turn your oven off, crack the oven door open, and let the apple chips cool inside the oven for 30-60 minutes.
