This will definitely get rid of a sugar craving! They are sweet, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and delicious! I put mine on my oatmeal but they could just be eaten as a snack. I also think they would be amazing on some french toast!

Ingredients-
2 ripe bananas (mine were still a little green)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Cooking oil spray
First cut up your bananas & mix together your sugar & spices.
Spray a pan with cooking oil spray and lay out your banana slices.
Cook for a couple minutes and then sprinkle with half your sugar & spices mixture.
After another minute or so flip banana slices & top with the remaining sugar & spice mixture.
Let those cook for a couple more minutes & then flip one more time.
After about a minute remove from the pan.
