I made these to put on my salads, but you could eat them as a snack too! They are really crunchy, salty, and flavorful! I got the recipe from an old weight watchers recipe book I found recently at a thrift store!
1/4 cup = 2 weight watchers points+
2 cans chick peas
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
First drain & rinse your chick peas. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
Put chick peas in a medium bowl. Stir in oil & spices until evenly coated.
Spread out onto a baking pan.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 50 minutes stirring twice during cook time.
Store in an air tight container.
