I LOVE peanut butter & apples! And while I do consider it a healthy snack I have started weight watchers and peanut butter is so high in points! I am trying to not go the whole fat free route. It’s more about portion control with the real stuff. With that said… I could easily eat 10 points worth of peanut butter on 1 apple… that’s like a whole meals worth of points! So I got an idea from pinterest and changed it up a bit and I am so happy with my results!
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup peanut butter (I used skippy cause it was what I had on hand)
Stir yogurt & peanut butter together… that’s it!
So easy, yummy, and healthy!
2 tbsp = 1 weight watchers points+
