This is the best meal I have had in a long time, and it was easy and healthy! This will be a regular meal for us from now on! My husband even commented that they taste like the kind you get in a restaurant!

Makes 4 large servings
1 serving = 5 weight watchers points+
1 lb chicken breast
2 peppers (I used 1 green & 1 orange)
1 large or 2 small onions
2 tbsp oil
1 fajita seasoning mix
Cut your peppers, onions, & chicken into 1/2 inch slices & put all into a 13×9 pan.
Drizzle oil over chicken, peppers, & onions. Sprinkle fajita mix over top and then mix it all up with your hands.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.
Squeeze lime over top when it comes out of oven.
I served mine with these carb balance tortillas. They are only 2 weight watchers points+ each!
I also served them with sour cream, shredded cheese, & chips w/ salsa.
